  • What are our interests, skills, values or personality styles?

  • What are our planned course of action - the steps and resources that are necessary/ essential to develop our gifts and talents?

In order to learn according to our interests, skills, values or personality styles, we have to do the following -

  • Take tools that assess our interests, skills, values or personality styles.

  • Discover potential careers that are linked to our identified interests, skills, values or personality styles.

  • Understand the relationship between education, training, and specific occupations.

  • Choose the right post-secondary education and training.

  • Access information on the current and future labor market information.

  • Plan experiences that validate our career goals.

  • Use decision making skills to solve career issues, conflicts, and concerns.
